Introduction to International Arbitration (2026)
This introductory program is designed for students and junior practitioners interested in developing their knowledge of ADR.
Successful completion of both the course and exam will allow you to apply for Associate (ACIArb) membership with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Participation and attendance on both days is required in order to be eligible to sit the exam.
2025 Accelerated Route to Fellowship (ARF) in International Commercial Arbitration
This program, taking place immediately prior to CanArbWeek 2025 and directed by Prof. Anthony Daimsis, is designed for senior practitioners (typically 10+ years of experience) in the field of dispute resolution. Those who successfully complete the course (and its award-writing exam) may apply to become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

9th Annual Symposium & Award Presentation
CIArb Canada’s 9th Annual Symposium featured a keynote speech by J. Brian Casey, who was presented with the 2021 CIArb Award for Distinguished Service to Canadian Arbitration.
