I am a Chartered Mediator and Chartered Arbitrator (ADRIC) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I am a Resident Arbitrator and Mediator at Arbitration Place in Toronto, although I routinely travel to other jurisdictions, as required. I have been practising as a neutral for approximately 18 years with particular emphasis on disputes involving construction, real estate development, infrastructure, environmental contamination, professional liability, and product liability. I do not deal with matters involving matrimonial disputes, personal injury claims, or labour relations.
