Biography

Stephen Barrington-Foote is an associate in McDougall Gauley LLP’s Regina office. He maintains a practice in civil litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on construction disputes, commercial arbitrations, and other complex commercial disputes. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan.

Since being called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2024, Stephen has acted as junior counsel on a number of substantial arbitration proceedings, including multimillion dollar disputes involving potash, electrical, and commercial infrastructure projects.
