I am an experienced, credentialed, and knowledgeable conflict resolution professional. I have over 25 years in private practice as a commercial litigator with an emphasis on business disputes, shareholder disputes including oppression remedy claims and insolvency matters. I have the designation of FCIArb and the designations of Q.Arb and Q.Med from the ADR Insitute of Canada. I am on the NextGen Roster at Arbitration Place. I have been appointed to arbitrate commercial disputes.  I have been mediating disputes since 2010 from a litigation prevention perspective and after litigation has commenced. I have expertise in virtual hearings and I am creative and pragmatic in my approach to the process.  I have also completed the Toronto Commerical Arbitration Society’s gold standard arbitration course . I have an LL.M in dispute resolution and mediation training from Harvard Negotiation Institute. Recently I  created a blog, Arbitration & Business Cases, with a colleague. Over the years I have represented financial institutions, court-appointed officers, business partners,  shareholders, and companies in commercial litigation. I have also represented parties at arbitration.
