The CIArb Canada Branch is in full swing, with a newly translated website, upcoming Member Directory and other exciting developments.

On Thursday, September 28th of this year, the Canada Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators held its 5th Annual Symposium at The Albany Club in downtown Toronto.

This year’s Symposium considered the topic, Domestic & International Arbitration in Canada:
What’s Happened and What’s Next? and involved an award presentation honouring Thomas Heintzman for Distinguished Service in Arbitration in Canada.

The formation of CIArb Canada

We are delighted to announce the formation of CIArb Canada, a branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

The Ontario Arbitrator, Toronto Chapter – Spring 2017

The Canadian Branch of the CIArb will launch on July 1, 2017. The Branch, known formally as “The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Canada) Inc.” has been registered as a not-for-profit Canadian corporation. Membership will comprise all the CIArb members in good standing who reside in Canada – currently approximately 215.

The Ontario Arbitrator, Toronto Chapter – Fall 2016

On Wednesday, September 28th of this year, the Toronto Chapter of the North American Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators held its 4th Annual Symposium at The Albany Club in downtown Toronto.

This year’s Symposium considered the topic: MED-ARB/ARB-MED: MAKING DISPUTE RESOLUTION FASTER, CHEAPER, BETTER.
